1. Make sure that you have time to get pulled into the story. 2. We all know how difficult it is to find a comfortable position, but it will help to be super comfortable so that all of your focus is on the book, so try a few positions and only settle when you’re back doesn’t protest and your arms/legs don’t fall asleep.
